"James! So I'm walking down the aisle and I'm in a hurry and I'm a little embarrassed because I didn't expect to get out of my car and my outfit was horrendous. And down the milk aisle, James, somebody I had never seen at the store greeted me with the most happy and sincere good morning! I thought that was nice so I said good morning back. And then I said something like it's so nice to have somebody say something so sincere! :-) And I'm telling you, I don't remember his exact wording but it was something so nice back. And he wished me a happy Thanksgiving and told me he hoped I'd have a blessed day and it was just the nicest most present most kind word I am sure I will receive all day and possibly all week from a stranger! I feel like he meant every word even though I know he probably won't see me again but boy.... That is customer service on steroids. I wish I could go back and tell him how much a genuine connection even if only for 20 seconds makes in somebody's day..... But thank you so much! That's true customer service and all while you were working hard cleaning the glass cases! If I owned my own store... I would try and steal you in a heartbeat!"
